I'll introduce you to mindfulness practices and stress-reduction techniques. Chronic stress can wreak havoc on hormonal balance, and by incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine, you'll build resilience and create a more harmonious environment for your hormones to thrive.

Month 2: Uncover your Root Causes

​

The second month is dedicated to unraveling the root causes of your hormonal imbalances.. I will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential triggers, such as nutrient deficiencies, gut health issues, or environmental factors such as stress. Armed with this knowledge, we'll develop a personalized plan to address these root causes, aiming for a more targeted and effective approach to balance your hormones naturally.

 

You'll also have access to educational resources that empower you to understand your body better. Knowledge is key, and by learning about the intricacies of hormonal health, you'll be better equipped to make informed choices that support your well-being.

Month 3: Embedding Your Habits

​

In the final month, we'll focus on integrating the practices and strategies you've learned into your daily life. This phase is about creating sustainable habits that promote ongoing hormonal balance. Through ongoing support, we'll refine your nutrition plan, fine-tune stress-management techniques, and solidify your understanding of functional medicine principles.

You'll leave the Harmony Programme not only with balanced hormones but also with a renewed sense of empowerment and the tools needed to maintain lifelong hormonal harmony.

How do I know if the Harmony Programme is right for me?

You have been diagnosed with PCOS, or suspect you may have PCOS

You have short cycles (they are less than 24 days long)

You are experiencing long, heavy bleeds that last more than 6 days

The Harmony Programme includes:

  • An in-depth assessment and questionnaire to understand where you currently are on your journey.

  • A 75 minute Initial consultation via zoom/in person to get to the bottom of the most likely root causes of your cycle issues, and review any of your medical and blood test results you might have.

  • We will develop your first plan based on thisI will explain any additional tests or investigations I believe are necessary, and will help you co-ordinate these with your GP/Consultant.

  • There will be specific supplements for you to take (these vary depending on what might be going on for you). I will explain each one, and create a an order for you to simply go and purchase.

  • You will receive a Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan after each appointment, which clearly explains the things for you to focus on.

  • You will then have two 45 minute follow-up consultations where we will review any additional test results, and delve into specific areas of your health to make sure we resolve the underlying cause.

  • You will have Voxer/Voice Note support from me throughout your Programme.
